a class to raise your energy level with a unique combination of breathing, strengthening and stretching to leave you with a clear boost for the rest of your day. after setting up the breath we'll work on abdominals with leg stretches, then spend some time in extension with a lovely combination for the arms. from there it's onto all fours for a challenging and repetitious flow of tricep bends, knee lifts and bounces in downward dog. the class finishes with two stretches to bring length to the back of the legs and awareness to the spine.
